I had done a mini kit for the Scraplift Challenge but since I'm not longer running it, the person who took over wanted to do their own freebie.  Sooooooo I decided to make it my first in a very long time Blog Freebie here.

Balance ....

It's definitely time to revisit my word for this year. Right now I'm really struggling with balance again. So I'm reposting my WordArt for my word to remind myself to step back, breath and get back into a better groove.

Birthday Blog Blowout ~ Day 7

Today I'm just showing you randomly some of my favorite kits. Freedom Rings is so perfect for summer, stars and of course those 4th of July layouts. Avocado Spice, Fresh Meadow and Misty Morning were all started with a palette that I liked and the papers and elements just evolved as I played with the colors. Seahorse Dreams came about because of a picture I had of Leafy Sea Dragon and I made a silver seahorse paperclip to go on my layout. Next thing I knew, I was making papers and other elements. Check them out while they are still on sale for 30% off!

Birthday Blog Blowout ~ Day 6

I had a great experience with Ollie the end of the summer. I was telling him how I was working on a kit with colors that I loved, but absolutely could not come up with a name for the kit. I described the colors and he immediately started rattling off some really great names for it. I showed him the palette and the pieces I had completed and he kept coming up with more great names. Let me tell you this kid has a great eye for color and design and is very creative! I loved his names so much I made a list to use in future kits. Anyhow, he came up with the name Imperial Ink and it seemed to stick right away. Even better, he sat down and wrote an incredible description which I didn't have to change very much when putting it in the store. I can't tell you how wonderful this was!
